Vet Search is working with an independent small animal practice in Pennsylvania seeking an experienced Veterinarian.
The role
• Four days per week preferred
• Three day appointment focused option available
• General small animal caseload
• Two technicians supporting each doctor
• Confident working independently
• Surgical experience preferred but not essential
• Interest in pocket pets beneficial
The practice
• Five consultation rooms
• Large treatment area
• In house laboratory
• Digital X ray and ultrasound
• Therapy laser
• Digital cytology and faecal testing
Four day package
• $160,000 guaranteed base
• Production bonus
• Paid PPO health insurance
• Dental and vision cover
• Simple IRA with employer match
• Three weeks PTO
• Paid licence and DEA fees
• Paid AVMA and PVMA dues
• $1,000 CE allowance
Three day package
• $150,000 salary
• Two weeks PTO
• Partially paid individual health insurance
• Simple IRA after one year
