An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered veterinary nurse to join a fantastic team close to Cardiff. We are looking for a warm friendly individual who would like to develop their nursing skills, or bring their experience and ideas to an open and welcoming practice.
The role is purely nursing based, roles are designated throughout the week to allow you to concentrate on the nursing duties for that day. You will be the lead nurse in the branch, joining three animal care assistants and a rota’s RVN from our hospital.
We are an accredited RCVS practice and training facility.
The surgery is well equipped with full surgical and diagnostic facilities including, but not limited to; digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, full surgical equipment for routine and soft tissue surgery.

The role:

• 40 hours/ week
• No weekends or OOHs (however if you would like additional duties these could be accommodated with cover at the hospital)
• Starting salary dependent on experience
• Part time candidates would be considered

Minimum requirements:

• Qualified Veterinary Nurse
• RCVS registered
• Driving license desirable but not essential
