Overseeing the smooth day to day running of two branches in South Yorkshire, you will lead with your sleeves rolled up offering support and motivation to your teams.

An approachable and consultative style is essential in this role in order to maintain the mature and profitable client base. There is plenty to get your teeth into with new teams in both branches, allowing an ideal opportunity to mould and shape the practices in the best way possible.
